Photos Added to Hazard Report, Incident Report, Issue and Inspection Print in Report
Photos that are added will now Print on the last page.
Planning > Assigning Tasks
If a User Role i.e. Worker does not have checked “Corrective Actions”, then those persons are excluded from the assigning of tasks to a Responsible Person.
Planning > Plans
As Responsible Persons can now add Notes to Address Task, a Person with Manage Rights can View those notes and also Print when the Action is “Completed”. The following example also show additional functions for Edit and Delete which is only for those with Manage Rights. Thanks Kerry!
Help Features
We have changed the Icon of the Help Feature that is available in each page as people are not noticing this function.
Sit Master > Attachments
We have included the name of Site so when working in multiple sites this will assist to remind user of which site they are working in.
Registers – Chemicals and Plant
Do not need to use the filter for your site when the site is Private in Chemical Register. Previously throwing error and is now fixed.
Location of Export to PDF is now in the same position as Plant Register.
Training Master
Ability to make Training > Training Master site specific.
For example, a company may have up to 6 sites all private.
Each site has its own Induction Program as it is specific to the site.
So for example, a company can have multiple Company Inductions and each induction is specific to a Site.
Even if a site is NOT private you can specify to which site location a training program is relevant.
If it is relevant to ALL sites, then you will need to UPDATE each of your Training Masters to reflect this.
The same function is applies to the CAT Master so please UPDATE each.
The CAT Register and Training Register will update according to the change made for logged in user, user role, and their site.
Other changes
- Layout has been modified to 2 columns so there is no more scrolling in this page
- Course Title, Objectives and Reference are replicate to Schedule Training page.
CAT Master
Please update the CAT Master to include Sites for which the CAT is relevant.
Manage Positions
Please ensure you update each Position so that relevant training requirements are linked to the Position.
This will reflect back to the Training Needs Analysis and also assist with the Training Register and exporting information you may require

Workplace Inspections Management
Previously we were only storing 12 months of records in Workplace Inspections then anything older that 12 months goes to Archived Inspections. This is now 2 years to accommodate assigned corrective actions that are still scheduled.
