  • Competency Assessment Test Register: Record of employee Competency Assessment Tests (CAT) undertaken, date completed and next due date based upon frequency set in CAT Master and as made mandatory as per Manage Positions
  • Chemical Register: Record of all chemicals used in the business. These are filtered by site, department, hazardous or non-hazardous, monitored for expiry of SDS and tracking of completed risk assessments. Export Site Based Chemical Register and workers have access to SDS on Mobile App.
  • Contractor / Supplier Register: Record of contractors and suppliers used within the business. Track and monitor status based upon insurances required. Maintain records of certifications, products supplied and ability to list contractor workers, schedule training and register licences and certificates to ensure compliance. Provide Contractor Workers with access and use to Mobile App.
  • Legal Register: Record of all identified legislation applicable to business operations and activities that link to the regulators site. Monitor through Workplace Inspections Management.
  • Manual Task Register: Record all hazardous manual tasks and complete risk assessments. Corrective actions raised will log a hazard report for ongoing risk management and document management.
  • Plant Register: Record all plant items by defined category of  Site, Department and Location. Complete risk assessment, link Approved Documents and store vital safety docs provided by the supplier or the manufacture of the plant item. Easily assign plant items and record maintenance, inspections, service, calibration with notifications on next due date.
