Sherm Software Pty Ltd develops, licences and sells safety and risk management software to Australian business to help meet legislative compliance requirements, manage risk and most importantly reduce the risk of injuries and their associated costs.
Caroline Kingston, Director founded Sherm Software Pty Ltd in 2011 and is also the Director of Safety for Life Pty Ltd that was established in 2009.
Caroline has extensive knowledge and experience in the profession of Occupational Health, Safety, Risk Management, System Development and Auditing Safety Management Systems. Her experience has been attained through a broad range of exposure with a variety of industry groups over the last 25 years of her career and holds Australian Institute of Health and Safety certification (AIHS). Caroline has worked in sectors ranging from local government, state government, rural, construction, manufacturing, light and heavy industry, process treatment plants, hospitality, health and community services, transport, communications and quarrying.
Sherm Software Pty Ltd is a software distribution company that has evolved from Caroline thinking “how can I make it easier for industry to manage their safety system”. The concept was there and hence the vision to create a web-based solution to assist Australian business in the onerous challenge to develop and implement a sustainable safety management program.
