Sherm Update
Welcome to another week!
It has been sometime since my last update. Not that nothing has been going on, actually quite the opposite. There have been conferences, travel to New Zealand, Fundraising Events and even… an introduction to Rotary! Sapna has been focusing specifically on the monthly report while the guys have been working on the Mobile App that is now ready at the stores so you can update on your mobile device today!
Our focus this month is to finalise the monthly report… which will make reporting to senior management so easy! I look forward to delivering this to you within the next couple of weeks. I have also been in discussions with people regarding other improvements, so once we have this major piece of work done and dusted, we will progress into some more meaty kind of work. Should you have any suggested improvements, please don’t hesitate to forward me an email outlining the details of your thoughts.

Incident Report
Injured person name not displaying when printing report, resolved.
Descriptor for Risk Consequence in Print Report fixed to display the customised descriptor saved by client.
Workplace Inspections
– Scheduler, Admin and Secondary Admin are able to deleted “Scheduled” Workplace Inspections
– Scheduler, Admin and Secondary Admin are able to “Edit” the Inspection Location when status is “scheduled’.
Chemical Register Export PDF
Chemical Register Export to PDF header has changed from ABN to the Company Phone Number
Site Master
For those companies with multiple sites, the data can now be Exported to PDF.
Contractor Register Report
The highlighting of dates for which insurances are expired has been resolved. It will only show those that have passed the ‘expiry’ date.
Ability for Reporter of Incident to Add Injury Report
Persons who have been assigned a User Notification for “Injury Management” have the ability to Add Injury within the Incident Management Module. When user has such User Role, they can manage the injury.
