  • Manage Department is required for all workers as this can be helpful to sort in Manage Employee but also to determine which Safety Docs are relevant based upon the role a worker performs in the business.
  • Manage Site enables the recording of multiple sites, along with records management for company insurances, business licences and certifications with the expiry dates and reminder notification upon expiry. Create a list of stakeholders against the attached record so upon update, the relevant document is emailed from Sherm.

With Sherm you can defined the various positions within the organisation and determine what training and competency requirements are necessary for the role they perform. The Position Management function in Sherm enables the mapping from the Training Master, which will then populate the Training Needs Analysis and gaps in training and competency within the Training Register and the CAT Register
