Document Register – Reviewers and Contributors
A slight change in the terminology and control for Reviewers and Contributors of Documents.
Upon being requested to Review or Approve, the option to ‘Reject’ has been removed for those who are not the Primary Admin, Secondary Admin and has been changed to has changed to “Reviewed”.
The decision to Reject a Document will revert to the Document Approver OR those you are Primary or Secondary Admin.
Admin Control
Admins that are registered in the Vendor Panel now will have the ability to pass over their Admin control to another person.
This function is accessible through My Profile for the Primary Admin and it would be advisable for those heading off on leave, changing roles OR who are leaving the business.
Process
Admin will check that person being assigned as Primary Admin is not currently a Secondary Admin. If so, delete.
Click Change Admin and select the new Admin.
The person who is taking on this role, will need to approve the request for it to be active.
Note: only Admin can Add, Delete Secondary Admins and pass over the Admin to another person.
Planning > Performance
Format of the Export to Excel upon View of the Performance Indicators which can be printed out on 1 page if required.
Registers > Plant – Records
Records updated to include Registration (where applicable) to the Plant Item and Date is the Date of Record and not Date added into Sherm.
The record is now sorted by most current date in the Print for Plant equipment Record
Report > Employee > Health Information
A new Employee Report is available whereby date periods can be selected, or just choose site and/or employee.
The due date if expired with display in Red font as shown below.
The fields for data selection is not mandatory.
Report > Monthly Data Analysis
In People > User Management > Assign Notification Rights, there is a new option in Select Module for Monthjly Data Analysis.
Action: Set up who is to receive a Monthly Data Analysis at your Site/s. The report will be emailed to them on the 3rd day post end of month.
i.e. March Report would be sent 3rd April.
Reports > Header Redesign
From People > Human Resources > Site Master there is now the option to Add Company Logo for your sites.
Use the following example below.
Within a Site Report, that is… you select the Site within the Filter, the header will display as:
Note: We are still making a couple changes in here, abut for now you can add the Logo in Site Reports.
Our challenge is when we have a Group company with other business entities. So this impact is only for a couple of clients.
Warranty Expiry Notification
In the Plant Register, when an item of plant is purchased you can include the Warranty expiry.
An email notification will be provided to the Primary Admin and Secondary Admins for their attention.
Fixes
User Profile for Contractor Employees
In Registers > Contractor – manage employee were being added the address listed in My Profile in both Web App and Mobile App was defaulting to the person the Report To. This is rectified through default being their Contractor Company address in the Contractor Register. Thank you Louise.
Report > Version History
Inactive Document Owners are retained within the Report to enable filtering during document review and update.

Report > Corrective Action
Old logic in our reports based upon Site / Site Private was affecting the data being collected. Thanks Kerry!
Filters
Some bug fixes on filters to ensure they stay active once applied and working in-between the pages. If you find any issues in pages that you are working in, please let me know.
