New Improvements

Manage Training > Schedule Training
As you know, People > Human Resources > Manage Positions you can populate the company Training Needs Analysis by selecting which training each of the positions are required to undertake.  So now, to make scheduling of training easier we have used this feature so now… when you to to Training > Manage Training and Schedule, the participants shall automatically be selected to undertake training.  No need add one by one!  Participants are selected if they are: 1) overdue or 2) require training within 1 month of the scheduled date.
My recommendation when scheduling training is the following:
  • Go to Training > Training Register
  • Export Training Register (this populates into .xls)
  • Open exported Training Register
  • Now Go to Training > Manage Training and select Schedule Training
  • Fill in Training Details and Facilitator Details
  • Check Participants selected against the exported Training Register excel spreadsheet
  • Add other participants as required
  • Attach CAT (if you have one developed for the Training Program)
  • SCHEDULE
With our next update: the completed training through the Training Module will update Manage Employee > Training Undergone so the Print Report will show all completed current training per individual….. Sweet!

Licences and Certificates Page
We introduced a scroll option along with the ability to view more than 10 records.  From a usability perspective, after one persons feedback (thank you Justin – BTS  for your honesty, I wasn’t much of a fan either) we have reverted to our previous design.
Dashboard Message Hyperlink
Hyperlinks from the Dashboard are now in place for: Corrective Actions, My Workplace inspections, My Training, My CAT, Document Approval Process.  Thank you Ed St Rita’s College!
