Upon payment of your subscription, access will be provided via email. You will be provided support to ensure your organisation is setup and Sherm is configured to meet your requirements.
When you commence your subscription with Sherm you are provided with initial training during the setup and configuration.
Once the initial training is completed and your system is ready for use, you will have access to training videos, the User Manual, Tech Support and the online Help Features.
After the initial training is completed and more training is needed, this service is provided at an extra cost.
Technical support is inbuilt within the application, and these can be sent through at any time. Additionally, each page in Sherm has a Help Feature that provides an explanation of what can be undertaken on this page and its interaction with other pages.
The Documentation Templates are to be used by your organisation to develop your HSEQ Management System procedures. These procedures provide you with the functionality in Sherm. These documents are updated when changes are made to the application.
Sherm Updates are provided on a regular basis when changes in Sherm have been undertaken by the development team. Instruction is provided on what is required to be updated your end.

You are emailed the Configuration and Setup Manual upon subscribing to Sherm. By following this manual, you should have the setup completed to suit your organisational requirements. If you would like service completed on your behalf, please advise us so that resources can be allocated.
We provide import functions for Employees, Plant Register, Chemical Register, Incident Register, Hazard Register, Risk and Opportunity Register and mailing out insurances to your registered stakeholders from the Site Master. We have developed API’s specifically to meet client requirements and also with Xero.
