A Partner is a company or a person who sells Sherm Software on our behalf. As a Partner you introduce your clients to our software, make the sale, implement the software and provide training and support to your clients.

Firstly, you simply complete the online Partner Application Form. We will then contact you and have a discussion in the first instance and arrange a time to meet in person. Once approved, we will provide you with the information, training and tools required for you to get started.
Partners earn commission on the generation of subscription sales and recurring payments. The OHS Consulting Services that are provided to your clients are retained by you.
Firstly, you will need to commit time to learn the capabilities, specifications and benefits of Sherm Software. This commitment by you will assist you to market and sell Sherm Software to your clients and introduce customers so that you can meet your sales targets. Once the subscription order is processed, you are responsible for providing ongoing support, training, and services to your client.
You will have access to the Sherm Vendor panel that will display your client’s subscription commencement date, frequency of payment, along with the number of employees within their organisation. The customer has the capability to manage their account subscription. You will have access to run your own report on clients as to payment due dates.
At the end of each month, you send an invoice to Sherm Software Pty Ltd. Your invoice will be paid on the 7th of the following month or earlier if the 7th falls on a weekend. Your income is transferred directly into your nominated bank account.
Yes, you will be required to maintain current policies of insurance in respect to the services against all third party risk in relation to persons and property including public liability insurance, workers compensation and negligence by the company or an employee equal to exceeding $10,000,000.00 for any single event.
