This tier is designed to remain simple and low maintenance. Sherm manages demonstrations, proposals, technical setup, onboarding, implementation guidance and support.

Commission Rate

Year 1: 20% of Net Subscription Revenue

Year 2: 10% of Net Subscription Revenue

Year 3: 5% of Net Subscription Revenue

Thereafter: Nil

Commission is calculated on subscription revenue actually received by The Principal excluding:

Refunds
Credits
Discounts
Professional Services
Consulting Services
Training Services
Setup and Configuration Fees
