is not an existing Sherm customer,
completes a Sherm demonstration, and
signs up to a paid Sherm subscription.
Referrals must be submitted via the official Sherm referral form to be eligible.
The referral commission is 20% of the first 12 months’ subscription fees, 10% of the second year subscription fees and 5% of the third year subscription fees paid by the referred client.
Commission is payable once the referred client is fully onboarded and their initial invoice has been paid.
Commission will be paid via bank transfer or account credit, as agreed with Sherm.
There is no limit to the number of referrals that may be submitted.
Sherm reserves the right to decline referrals that are incomplete, ineligible, or submitted in error.
Self-referrals are not eligible.
Sherm retains full discretion over pricing, onboarding, and acceptance of new clients.
This referral offer cannot be combined with other promotions unless agreed in writing.
Sherm may update or withdraw the referral program at any time, however all valid referrals submitted within the campaign period will be honoured.
