Hope all is going well!! Please review the below updates that have been implemented during September / October. Please take note of the changes required to update in your system. Should you need assistance, or would like this completed for you, please get in touch. Righto… here goes!
Improvements
Manage Positions
Includes Required Competency Assessment Test for the Position to undertake.
This will display in Registers > CAT Register.
An additional Report has been created CAT Needs Analysis.
Action
- Update Manage Positions and select the CATs required for each Position.
- Schedule CATs for completion or to be facilitated (Offline)
Report > Site Master
A new Report is available that picks up Site Attachments. Filters include:
- Site
- Expired Only (use of toggle)
We have also included expired attachments in the Monthly Data Analysis Report.
Action
To get the most out of this function, ensure that insurances for the sites, contract
agreements and other relevant site-specific licenses, permits etc.. are recorded in the Site Master.
Documentation > Document Templates
Document Templates have been updated and are available for your use.
Fixes
Manage Employee: Filter for sorting data improved to ensure it sticks until Reset, i.e., Site, Department etc.. and improve the function to ensure user is returned to same page rather that page 1 of Y.
Assign Notification Rights: Users sorted alphabetically.
