Welcome to January 2023 Update

Happy New Year!!

Trust you had a lovely Christmas with family and friends and ready for 2023.

The following improvements were completed during December and I have included the improvements that we are currently working on that are pending release this month once testing is completed. Any feedback on the following improvements is most welcomed. Enjoy!

Improvements

Contractor / Supplier Register

1. Change Contractor / Supplier Type
   1. Minor Contractor to Subcontractor / Sole Trader
   2. Major Contractor to Subcontractor / Company
   3. Principal Contractor to Professional Services
   4. Supplier / Vendor to Supplier of Goods
   5. Supplier of General Services – new
   6. Freight / Logistics – no change
   7. Other – remove

Functionality for Contractor / Supplier Details Page

• Based upon the Contractor / Supplier Type the following flags for insurances that are required to be obtained enable the Status to be automatically assigned.

Based upon the change the following insurances are required for each of the following types:

Subcontractor / Sole Trader

• Public and Products Liability
• Motor Vehicle

Subcontractor / Company

• WorkCover
• Public Liability
• Motor Vehicle

Professional Services

• Professional Indemnity

Supplier of Goods

• Public and Products Liability

General Services

• Nil

Freight / Logistics

• Public and Products Liability
• Motor Vehicle
• WorkCover

Rules

1. When a contractor / supplier is added to the Register, the status assigned by default will be Pending Assessment unless the required attachments are uploaded which will result in the status would automatically updated to Approved Contractor or Approved Supplier.
2. If an insurance document is passed its expiry date the Status will change to Insurance/s Expired as per current implementation.

Approved Contractor Status is for

1. Subcontractor / Sole Trader
2. Subcontractor / Company
3. Professional Services
4. Freight / Logistics

Approved Supplier applies to:

5. Supplier of Goods
6. General Services

Report > Contractor Register is also updated accordingly

Action

• Review and update Contractor Supplier Register

Secondary Admins

• Are now available to be selected in the User Notifications.
• Previously, only those who are Report To person would display.

General Fixes

• Inspections: Admins have access to inspections and can Commence Inspection and Assign Access should the assigned person not
• Schedule Training / Schedule CAT: Deleted CATs will not display when scheduling
• Manage Positions: the selection box size increased to improve display
• Meetings: Error with adding Past Meeting fixed and time zone when scheduling fixed.
• Email notifications: reviewed to remove duplicated notifications and ensure emails are being sent to correct person/s
• Site Master: The Upload Attachments table, sort function in columns is now working
• Incident Report – when printing the incident report the photos fixed to display correctly
• Reports > Users > Recent Logged in User – date range fixed to pick up required data
• Issues Management Case notes: fixed to ensure email notifications of case notes are sent only to those who are selected from User Notification for the site.

Pending Release this Month

• News and Notifications for Admins who can send out alerts, notifications, etc…
• Organisational Chart that will be based upon Site, Department and Reporting To as the default. I’m thinking I’ll also include Position.
• Private Incident Reports for “Sensitive Issues” for additional security and privacy and a flag for incidents that are “notifiable” to the regulator or other stakeholder
• Reoccurring Meetings Function by day, week and month.
• Mobile App to include Training and CAT
