Web Fixes and Improvements

Additional Secondary Admins

We now can support up to 5 secondary admins in the Vendor panel so should people need to have more people added, please forward me an email and I can update for you.

 

Add Past Inspections

If an inspection has been carried out on site, but not scheduled through Sherm, it can now be added.

 

Scheduled Inspections

Filter added for Category and also in Reports > Manage Risk > Workplace Inspections

 

Site Master – Attachments

Any attachments in the Site Master that have an expiry date are supported by an email notification to the Site Administrator for the particular Site to advise them one week prior to expiry and then monthly until the document is updated.

 

Manage Positions

Included an Export to PDF that includes the Sites to which Positions apply to.

This follows on from the Function included in November 2021… being:

 

People > Human Resources > Manage Position

  1. NEW function to enable user to Select the Site to which Position is assigned.

** If the Position is NOT assigned to a Site then it will be available for ALL sites.

 

User can select multiple Sites to which the Position Applies.

Action: For multi-site Management please ensure this is updated.

 

Historical Records for changes to Licenses and Certificates

 

 

Schedule Training – Site and Department Filters

The Filters where not sorting by Site and Department to pull only relevant persons into the table.

This is now fixed.

 

Reports > Manage Risk

In the Export to Excel sheet we have included a column to provide ‘Description’.
