New report captures changes made within the Document Register.
Now, in the Document Register, instead of editing the Description when uploading a new version of a document, a new text box “Changes Made” is provided.
The Document Reviewer will see this information via email notification and also at the stage of adding their feedback Comment during the Review process.
The Version History Report is a standalone report that can be obtained to enable quick updates to your teams on changes that have been recently made.
Additionally, this information is contained within the Report > Monthly Data Analysis.
Tips and Tricks
It has been reported that at times it is easier to turn off notification to workers when bulk changes are going on within the Document Register.
i.e. User Role – email and / or dashboard message is turned off.
So the above report enables the undertaking of turning off such notifications to minimise disruption and overload to workers and the ability to update workers in this manner.
My Recommendation: is that if this process is being used, then ensure that a record is maintained in Planning > Meetings whereby workers have been informed of such changes.
Don’t forget to turn back on Notifications once the Document Register updates are completed.
User Notifications – When a User Role email notification is turned off an email is sent to the Primary and Secondary Admin along with the Site Administrator (for multiple sites). This then lets the group know who has turned it off. When the User Role Email Notification is turned back on, then another email will fire for the group advising them of such. Thanks Kerry

Based upon the Site and Department Filter selected, names with filter with the option to Select All, Deselect All for Participants to make this a bit more efficient timewise / stress wise.. Thanks Fiona
Manage Risk > Injury Register
The section to Add Medical Certificate is updated and the table in the Medical information page provides information about the medical certificate.

Dashboard Messages
When a corrective action has been assigned to a person it will display in the Web App Dashboard Messages. Upon completion of the Corrective Action by the Responsible Person it will be removed from the Dashboard.
