When you commence your subscription with Sherm you are provided with initial training during the setup and configuration.
Once the initial training is completed and your system is ready for use, you will have access to training videos, the User Manual, Tech Support and the online Help Features.
After the initial training is completed and more training is needed, this service is provided at an extra cost.
Technical support is inbuilt within the application, and these can be sent through at any time. Additionally, each page in Sherm has a Help Feature that provides an explanation of what can be undertaken on this page and its interaction with other pages.
The Documentation Templates are to be used by your organisation to develop your HSEQ Management System procedures. These procedures provide you with the functionality in Sherm. These documents are updated when changes are made to the application.
Sherm Updates are provided on a regular basis when changes in Sherm have been undertaken by the development team. Instruction is provided on what is required to be updated your end.

You are emailed the Configuration and Setup Manual upon subscribing to Sherm. By following this manual, you should have the setup completed to suit your organisational requirements. If you would like service completed on your behalf, please advise us so that resources can be allocated.
We provide import functions for Employees, Plant Register, Chemical Register, Incident Register, Hazard Register, Risk and Opportunity Register and mailing out insurances to your registered stakeholders from the Site Master. We have developed API’s specifically to meet client requirements and also with Xero.

Sherm Registers > Contractor / Supplier enables the adding of Employees. Those contractor employees are managed as per the organisation employees in such that you can schedule training and competency assessment tests (CAT), maintain licences and certificates. When you assign the User Role, this will determine the access rights and permissions granted to the contractor worker.
Access rights and permissions are determined by you during configuration. Manage User Roles is set up and managed in Sherm > People > User Management. Each worker is assigned a User Role. You have the flexibility to have as many User Roles as required by your organisation and you can edit these should you want to enable or remove access permissions. Once a change is made, the updated User Role is active for the relevant workers when they next login to Sherm.

The mobile application is accessible in both Goggle Play and iTunes Store. There are no additional costs. The same username and password are used to access the Mobile App and the user can set up either touch ID or facial recognition. Option is theirs and theirs alone. Workers can Report Hazards, Report Incidents, Raise Issues, complete Workplace Inspections, Training, Competency Assessment Test, add and update their licences and Certificates, keep their Emergency Contact details update to date along with the other personal details. Notifications can be pushed from the Web App and received also to the Mobile App.
