Caroline Kingston, the Director and Founder of Sherm Software Pty Ltd, established the company in 2011 and is also the Director of Safety for Life Pty Ltd, founded in 2009. Caroline has extensive experience in Occupational Health, Safety, Risk Management, System Development, and Auditing Safety Management Systems. Over the past 25 years, she has worked across various industries, including local and state government, construction, manufacturing, healthcare, hospitality, transport, and more. She holds certification from the Australian Institute of Health and Safety (AIHS).
Sherm Software Pty Ltd originated from Caroline’s vision to simplify safety management for Australian industries. This led to the development of a web-based risk management software that helps businesses implement sustainable safety programs. Our flagship product, Sherm, stands for Safety, Health, Employee Risk Management, and is designed to maximise data capture, analysis, and reporting of safety and risk factors.
